Quarterly PM services for AC and freezers performed at a health food store today in La Cañada Flintridge, California. All units inspected and deemed in good condition, filters changed, freezer door seals tested. No items to quote at this time.
HVAC repair tech responded to a no heat call in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. Technician found the unit with a bad G60 box, and also found the burners and around the cells all rusted out. Unit will need to be replaced, system is unsafe to run in heating mode. Gas has been disconnected and wiring removed to keep system from starting. Will quote replacement to customer.
